Canlis is a Seattle fine-dining institution spanning three generations. When the pandemic forced the restaurant to reinvent itself, Goodthings partnered with the Canlis brothers to launch Canlis Community College — an online-meets-offline night school built from scratch in just four weeks. Thousands of students enrolled on day one, proving that bold ideas and breakneck execution could keep a beloved brand thriving through uncertainty.
